Add a personal touch to your chrome browser. Create and share custom Chrome themes using your own images and designs.

In three simple steps:

1) Import an image from your computer to use as your theme background. Adjust the size of your image, placement, and more.

2) Add some color to the rest of your theme by customizing the omnibox, tabs, and remaining parts of the browser.

3) Name your completed theme and install it on your own Chrome, or share it with others on Google+ or through a unique URL.

Make a custom Chrome theme for yourself, a friend, or even Grandma (hint: use a family photo that she might enjoy seeing on her computer). Let your creative juices flow!

Who don’t like a little touch of the all fresh look of Windows 8 tiles. Here is something i really liked and great that you can use it on all OS.

Set multiple homepages on browser startup in Firefox and Chrome

This is an old trick and thought of sharing. Do you ever need to open multiple pages each time you start your browser? I do. I need twitter+facebook+ some project pages+ engadget

If its yes for you then this should help.

Opening multiple pages on Firefox

Open Firefox –> General –> Homepage Box –> Enter multiple URLs with PIPEs within. Thats it

Opening multiple pages on Chrome

For chrome its out of box. But in case if you have not noticed you can do the following.

Open chrome –> Go to Preferences –> Select Open the following pages from on Startup –> Add your pages. Thats it.

Customizing Firefox at MAX to look like Chrome

I really like Google Chrome but again Firefox Plugins just rock. So out of the controversy and frustration this weekend i was trying to make my Firefox browser look like Google Chrome and if you see the screen shots you will see i was almost 97.223344% to achieve my goal. Now don’t ask me what happened to 2.776656%.You need to find out yourself.
Hint: Fatty Firefox will never stop eating RAM.

What did i achieved out of this customization?
Firefox looks very neat N clean. Its a bit light now.The visible area has increased so much. Its more than Chrome now. The look is real sexy.

Compare the screen shots:
1st one is Google Chrome and the 2nd one is Firefox. Check out the more display area in firefox. Check the red arrow at Firefox screen shot.

Ok to customize here are the things you need:
1)Change Icon size:

Right click beside the menu tool bar and select “Use small Icon” from the “Customize Toolbar” option.

2) Chromifox Basic Theme:
