This is just amazing and thought of blogging it.</p>
<p>First have a look at the screenshots.</p>
<p>I Just searched for Obama. And this is how Obama looks on wonder wheel.</p>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/1.png"><img alt="" src="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/1.png?w=300" style="height: 211px; width: 400px;" border="0" /></a></div>

<div class="tbou"></div>
<div class="tbou" style="text-align: left;"> Some of the most interesting topics are &#8220;Anytime&#8221; and &#8220;Standard View&#8221;.</div>
<div class="tbou" style="text-align: left;"></div>
<div class="tbou" style="text-align: left;">&#8220;Anytime&#8221; gives a way to sort result based on time like last 24hrs or Past week etc. Very interesting if you want to monitor your site very closely.</div>
<div class="tbou" style="text-align: left;">Another interesting things to look for is the &#8220;Timeline&#8221;. Though this is available for sometime now at <a href="http://www.google.com/experimental/">http://www.google.com/experimental/</a> as &#8220;Alternate views for search results&#8221;.</div>
<div class="tbou" style="text-align: left;">This is how it looks.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/3.png" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/3.png?w=300" border="0" /></a></div>
<div class="tbou" style="text-align: left;"></div>
<div class="tbou" style="text-align: left;">And the most interesting one is the &#8220;Wonder wheel&#8221;.</div>
<div class="tbou" style="color: orange; text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: large;"><b>What is this?</b></span></div>
<div class="tbou" style="text-align: left;"><i>This will show a Flash-based interactive mini app which starts with your keyword in the center, and related terms around it. Clicking on a related term creates a new, connected circle with more related terms. And whenever you click on a term, to the very right, the web results change to reflect your current topic of focus. The wonder wheel worked quite smoothly, except when I tried using the back button after going to a page from the results.</i><span style="font-size: x-small;"><b> courtesy-Blogoscoped.com</b></span></div>
<div class="tbou" style="text-align: left;"></div>
<div class="tbou" style="color: orange; text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: large;"><b>How to make these things work? </b></span></div>
<div class="tbou" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><b><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></b><span style="font-size: small;"><b>1) </b>Clear up your cookies. (Tested on IE7,IE8 and FF3) </span></span></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><b> 3)</b> Once you open google.com paste the following Javascript on the browser Navigation Box and Press enter. It will create a cookie telling Google that you want to use these features.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>

<p>Guys before proceeding and making you guys to use chrome let me tell you first about chrome security problem: D<br />It has a BUG. Beware and browse safe to save your self from AFTER BROWSE effect. Due to this buggy effect two of my friends have told they will think twice before using it.<br />Here it goes!<br /><a href="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/2837238700_cac532dbbb1.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer;" src="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/2837238700_cac532dbbb1.jpg?w=300" alt="" border="0" /></a><br />You bought your GF to show her something new!</p>

<p><a href="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/2836404353_d8e92576ed1.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer;" src="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/2836404353_d8e92576ed1.jpg?w=300" alt="" border="0" /></a><br />Moral of the story: Google Ads don&#8217;t support porn site <img src='http://classictutorials.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Thanks <a href="http://www.flickr.com/people/paperghost/">Paperghost </a>for this awesome thought!<br />Anyways jokes apart let’s dig up Chrome.</p>
<p><span style="color:rgb(255,0,0);font-size:130%;"><span style="font-weight:bold;">Chrome Default Page:</span></span><br />The bug which I was talking about is nothing but Chrome default page… It contains recent browsing history which looks very sexy and the recent bookmarks!<br /><span style="font-weight:bold;">I don’t like it: </span><br />Fig: 1<br /><a href="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/11.png"><img style="cursor:pointer;" src="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/11.png?w=300" alt="" border="0" /></a><br />Click on Control for Chrome &#8211;&gt; on Startup &#8211;&gt; Change as required.<br />1. Open the home page: Opens the same Chrome BUG home page<br />2. Restore the page that was last opened: Restores all last opened tabs.<br />3. Open the following pages: Lets you add group of web pages you would like to open when chrome starts!</p>
<p><span style="color:rgb(255,0,0);font-size:130%;"><span style="font-weight:bold;">The Incognito Mode:</span></span><br /><a href="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/ist2_1783204-hide1.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer;" src="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/ist2_1783204-hide1.jpg?w=100" alt="" border="0" /></a><br />So you want to be on safe side and don’t want anyone to know what hell you did.. Chrome gives you the incognito mode.<br /><span style="font-weight:bold;">Google says:</span><br /><span style="font-style:italic;">Pages you view in this window won&#8217;t appear in your browser history or search history, and they won&#8217;t leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close the incognito window. Any files you download or bookmarks you create will be preserved, however. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">I don’t like it:</span><br />Don’t use it <img src='http://classictutorials.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> LOL</p>
<p><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-weight:bold;color:rgb(255,0,0);">Chrome Keyboard Shortcuts:</span></span><br />Still now if you have noticed that Chrome don’t have the legendry menus (Thanks God, Some space is saved) but what about the features.. <p>Will be updated when there are more such Easter eggs!<br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> <span style="font-weight:bold;color:rgb(255,0,0);">Chrome Loading GIF:</span></span><br /><a href="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/21.png"><img style="cursor:pointer;" src="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/21.png?w=300" alt="" border="0" /></a></p>
<p>First tell me the truth. Do you like that GIF? Yap&#8230; then just make it yourself.<br />http://ajaxload.info/</p>
<p>There are more things to tell about this intelligent gif. The GIF rotates right? But if you notice properly it rotates in two directions.<br />So when the GIF rotates ANTI-CLOCKWISE it means Chrome is trying to connect to the respective server<br />Once Chrome establishes a connection the GIF rotates in CLOCKWISE direction. Cool na…. I was wandering if you already observed that!<br /><span style="font-weight:bold;font-size:130%;"> <span style="color:rgb(255,0,0);">New way to create Website Shortcuts:</span></span><br />Open any website and the Control for Current page (ref fig 1)  Create application shortcuts<br />It will ask you where you want to keep… Keep it on desktop and afterwards you can replace it to any drives.<br />Just check the screenshot of my shortcuts.<br /><a href="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/31.png"><img style="cursor:pointer;" src="http://kaushik009.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/31.png?w=300" alt="" border="0" /></a><br />Do you like it? Ok I am uploading an icon pack. Just download it and replace shortcut icons!<br />How to do that? Just right click on these shortcuts  properties  change icons!<br />Icon package: <a href="http://cid-f5ea16b420142828.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Public/classictutorials.blogspot.com.rar">Download</a></p>
<p>So will you shift to Chrome? Give your comments! I feel Firefox is the biggest competitor for Chrome. Though Chrome misses the Plug-in functionality but it do have some real cool features!</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">That’s enough! Are you convinced? Nops!.. You still like Firefox .. Here is exactly what you want!(The firefox theme for chrome)</span><br /><a href="http://www.freechromethemes.com/imgs/google-chrome-dark-theme.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer;width:320px;" src="http://www.freechromethemes.com/imgs/google-chrome-dark-theme.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br />Head on to the site http://www.chromeplugins.org/themes/google-chrome-theme-firefox-3/<br />and follow the steps.<br />I hope you enjoyed reading my post. <p><span style="font-weight:bold;">NB: </span><span style="color:#ff0000;">Guys this is just for learning purpose. Don&#8217;t copy any website which do have copyright policy.</span> <span style="color:#ff0000;">Please don&#8217;t miss use the concept.</span></p>
<p>This is a general concept the site designers use to create site using photoshop and dream weaver but i have just elaborated it so that any one can create good looking website.</p>
<p>Before proceeding to create a website make a list of all what you want and think about a structure.<br />
If its hard to think about a structure(which is common) then you can visit some website and see if you like there structure.</p>
<p>I like the structure of symantec.com site and so lets start with symantec.com structure. Say we will make a site for Gosipxyz.com (Some xyz name)</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Step1:</span></span> Open <a href="http://symantec.com" target="_blank">symantec.com</a> and press F11 to have a full screen view. Take a screen shot now. (PrtScr on your KB). Open Paint and paste the screen shot and save the images as 1.png<br />
If you dont like the above format you can go for some pictures as shown in the link below. They also have the procedure how to make them.</p>
<p>Optional Structure Link:</p>
<p>1. <a href="http://classictutorials.com/2007/08/23/stylish-website-layout/" target="_blank">http://classictutorials.com/2007/08/23/stylish-website-layout/</a><br />
2. <a href="http://classictutorials.com/2007/04/03/a-web-page-layout-from-talk-mania-superb/" target="_blank">http://classictutorials.com/2007/04/03/a-web-page-layout-from-talk-mania-superb/</a></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Step2:</span></span>Our next step is to clean up the screen shot we took. In this step we will remove all texts and we will create a skeleton like structure.<br />
Open the 1.png in photoshop. And use the paint or brush tool to remove all the texts which are not required. Obviously choose proper colour while masking. The end result should look somethin like this.</p>
<div style="text-align:center;"><a href="http://img353.imageshack.us/img353/2928/29523069ir3.png"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://img353.imageshack.us/img353/2928/29523069ir3.png" border="0" alt="" /></a></div>
<p>In the above picture i have removed most of the text except the norton icon and some links</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Step3:</span> </span>Now in this step we will remove the norton icon with our own icons and remove norton related links to Gosipxyz.com links. Remember to put proper icons based on the type of site we are designing. Say Gosipxyz.com is a computer hardware site. So we need some computer related hardwares icon..<br />
Am attaching a icon pack which contains various icons which you can use.I have used icons from it. Ask me if you want more icons.<br />
Icon Link: <a href="http://www.vistaicons.com/" target="_blank">Download</a></p>
<p>Also remove any extra images like browser parts etc..Use the photoshop crop tool to do the job.<br />
If you find difficult to remove text because of using brush tool then use an existing part and copy paste.. Or just put a comment i will show you.</p>
<div style="text-align:center;"><a href="http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/6853/54636261zy6.png"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/6853/54636261zy6.png" border="0" alt="" /></a></div>
<p>This is how it looks now. More customization you can do based on your wish but lets go to next step.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Step4:</span> </span>Converting our hard work to a website now.<br />
Save your photoshop image as 1.psd and close photoshop and open Fireworks. Open the 1.psd with fireworks.<br />
Now on the left hand side there is a Slice tool we will use it to slice our photo.<br />
See the screen shot.</p>
<div style="text-align:center;"><a href="http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/2050/10199812ov3.png"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/2050/10199812ov3.png" border="0" alt="" /></a></div>
<p>Remember that using slice tool is very easy just like drawing rectangles. Finally it should look like this.</p>
<div style="text-align:center;"><a href="http://img527.imageshack.us/img527/1057/29784613tu3.png"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://img527.imageshack.us/img527/1057/29784613tu3.png" border="0" alt="" /></a></div>
<p>Remember not to leave any part of the image unsliced. For better slicing and to avoid overlapping and small gaps use the zoom tool in fireworks.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Step5:</span>Once we have sliced it we need to convert these slices into images. Follow the basic rule to convert<br />
<span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Rules:</span></span><br />
<span style="font-style:italic;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">1.</span><span style="color: #ff6600;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">If </span>its a less graphic part say white background or full white use Type: Image and Compression: GIF Web 216. Takes least space.</span></span><span style="color: #ff6600;"><br />
<span style="font-style: italic;">2.If its quality graphics use Type: Image and Compression: GIF adoptive 256/ JPEG . Take more space</span><br />
<span style="font-style: italic;">3.If you want to put some html coding like embedd flash etc use Type: Html and Html: Your html code.</span></span></p>
<p>To convert slices into various formats you just need to select it with pointer tool(V) and change it. Also for buttons just put the hiper link in the link box.The image below shows how to make the &#8220;Contact US&#8221; button point to classictutorials.blogspot.com</p>
<div style="text-align:center;"><a href="http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/889/79630469pc3.png"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/889/79630469pc3.png" border="0" alt="" /></a></div>
<p>Thats it.<br />
Once all the slice is converted go to file &#8211;&gt; Export then use the default setting and save.. You have a brand new webpage. Congrats!</p>
<p>Hope you like the post. Please bring in all your reactions <img src='http://classictutorials.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>So before <a href="http://classictutorials.blogspot.com/">installing</a> the opera mini you can actually test drive it here or in the other sense just for FUN you can give a try.<br /><b>ScreenShots:</b>
<div class="separator" style="text-align:center;clear:both;"><a href="http://bp1.blogger.com/_1i34TEnMBWE/SI3s66X7XqI/AAAAAAAAASU/x5o8qYzLzi8/s1600-h/1.jpg" style="border:0 none;background-color:transparent;margin-left:1em;margin-right:1em;"><img src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_1i34TEnMBWE/SI3s66X7XqI/AAAAAAAAASU/MZVVaYJ1EbE/s400-R/1.jpg" style="border:0 none;" /></a></div>
<p>Its too cool and a real geek thing!<br />Its actually the opera mini simulator which is made for developers and available to us.<br />Also best part of this simulator is that even it has those mobile related setting and the cool part is you will actually have <a href="http://classictutorials.blogspot.com/">two cursors</a> when you use it.. 1. The mobile Opera mini cursor and 2. The computer cursor.. <img src='http://classictutorials.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Let us know which site did you browsed and which site dint worked out?</p>
<p>Because its a simulator so it will be having some drawbacks! One which i found was that i was not able to properly type url in it.<br />So if you want to try a new url you just need type the following:<br />
<blockquote>http://www.operamini.com/demo/?url=[UR URL ]</p></blockquote>
<p>Just copy and paste it in the browser and it <a href="http://classictutorials.blogspot.com/">wo</a>rks.. Example:<br />
<blockquote>http://www.operamini.com/demo/?url=http://google.com</p></blockquote>
<p>&nbsp; Also if you want to visit the simulator itself here is the link. <a href="http://www.operamini.com/demo/?url=http%3A//www.operamini.com/developer/">CLICK</a></p>
