Restarting means just restart of the browser.. What OS are you in? in windows Vista and above can you try running the browser in admin mode?

I have followed your instructions 4 times now but the files are still there. They seem to go for about 10 minutes but then they all come back. What am i doing wrong? When you say restart your browser, what exactly do you mean because maybe that’s where I’m going wrong…

I think that worked. There were options when I performed the search that weren’t highlighted when I right clicked so they are still there. How can I remove Babylon from my toolbar. Thank you so much
